University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center was established in 1994 and is located in Albuquerque, N.M. It includes various academic and clinical entities, such as college of nursing, college of pharmacy, school of medicine, health sciences library and informatics center, and cancer research and treatment center. It offers a wide range of master degree program in acute care nurse practitioner, nursing administration, family nurse practitioner, nursing education and pediatric nurse practitioner. It has a library that offers a collection of databases, targeted resources, e-journals, e-books and course reserves that provides additional information to students. The center works in partnership with the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Memorial Medical Center.
