Owner, Sam Trudell, first started Tough and Timeless Tattoo Company in Bandon, Oregon in 2012. In 2018, after moving back to his home state of New Mexico, the company opened it's current location at 1709 Golf Course Rd. SE, Ste. 112 in Rio Rancho, NM, 87124. Please come see the studio and we are sure the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere will make you comfortable in booking your next tattoo appointment.
