Ordered some flowers for my mother and received nothing like the picture, flowers were missing and arrangement was horrible ...

Deluxe Marmalade Skies bouquet from FTD. Clearly shows color scheme and 6 roses.

FTD Marmalade Skies bouquet. Dimensions listed at 24" tall by 18" wide in 8" tall vase.

After being 'redone'. Added 1 rose and some extra filler flowers. Delivered the chocolates. Still wrong size & colors, missing 3 roses.

What arrived. Not even close to expectations, wrong colors, wrong size, missing flowers and box of chocolates.

Tharp's order with clear directions for what should have been included in the bouquet.
