Dia de Los Takos began as a food truck in Albuquerque in 2012. Setting the bar of quality for all other food trucks to follow. In 2013 the owner moved away to San Diego,CA. Now 6 years later the owner has returned and plans to continue to paint masterpiece after masterpiece, using the Tako as his canvas! But now he's added some new favorites like California style smashed burgers and Smothered fresh cut French fries! Now we're Tako Ten with the expansion of our Brick and Mortar Operation!
