SpecialtiesELIXIR Studios rents space for video & photography crews. ELIXIR Studios has a shooting area w / white cyc wall 30' x 40' and 15' ceilings. We have a two-tiered rental rate depending on the need to repaint the wall and floor back to pure white. Normal rental with a clean floor is $650 per day & the rate for a pristine white wall is $850 per day. There is a very large parking lot and a double roll up garage door for staging equipment. We have installed cyc lights mounted at the ceiling. There are 2 pipe rails up at the ceiling, one in position for the cyc lights (available for mounting lights for backlighting). Another rail another 10 feet out from the other rail is available for straight down lighting or flying things over the stage. A green room is set up for hair and make-up. The studio space has a bar w/stools for setting out snacks and lunch for the crew. The studio is well equipped with grip equipment including C-stands, boom arms, flags, floppies, V-flats & backdrops for rent.
