We started in a park with just a handful of members, now we are 300+ members strong! Despite our growth, our classes still remain comfortable and engaging with participants receiving individual attention from our instructors.
Specialties
Fitness Bootcamp is a result-driven conditioning class. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance your level of fitness. Whether you are looking to improve your endurance, strength or shape this class does it all. All fitness levels are welcome. Our progressive and innovative approach to exercise make this class fun and effective. Fitness Bootcamp runs 2 times per week, at 50-60 minute durations per session.
