My love of culinary arts started when I was young and carried through into restaurant service where I was able to learn how to be a fusion chef and the sense of urgency to provide amazing food and service, nothing makes me happier than to see a smile on a new customers face when I created a dish that satisfies their pallet and making them want to come back for more. I was fortunate enough to hone my skills at Le Cordon Blew culinary schools in Scottsdale Arizona and further broaden an eclectic mix or upscale dining establishments both in Phoenix AZ and Albuquerque NM My abilities as a chef are always improving over time as I create a new recipe that people will love and enjoy.
