The decor is simple in the single dining room at Yeung II, a small restaurant on Washington Avenue that serves Japanese, Chinese and Thai specialties. The staff has been serving the community for more than seven years, first at a downtown location and then uptown since 2008. Tables are set with chopsticks wrapped in red linens to match the red upholstered chairs; tabletops depict pressed leaves and scenes of Asia. There is a five-seat sushi bar along the rear wall of the restaurant, and outdoor seating is available when weather permits.
