Poor maintenance.

We were excluded from this trail because some one said it's private. They just use it for tax exemption?

Supposed to be a trail but it was blocked and there's no trail at all.

We parked at Prallsville Mill and took the trail along the road and then along Wickecheoke Creek. The walk was peaceful and the birdwatching was great.
