History
Two Que's is the creation of Michael and Paulette Questel. Paulette, being a native New Yorker with a Southern heritage, has a culinary background in Southern and Italian cuisine. Michael comes from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and creates traditional island dishes with some Asian and Latino touches. This fusion of cultures, spices, and passion for good food and hospitality started in 2006 as a catering company and flourished on a word of mouth basis, catering events for churches, musicians, artists, schools, members of the justice system, and numerous private events. The company was incorporated as an LLC on July 15, 2007. Finally in October 2015, Two Que's opened its current storefront location as a full service restaurant. This step enabled Two Que's to offer its unique taste and service to both their current clients, the community, and the public at large.

We offer multi-cultural fusion cuisine with a jazzy style. We specialize in Southern (Soul food) and Caribbean cuisine.
