Transition Management Associations was founded in 1992 to help organizations and individuals maximize their effectiveness in the workplace. Since our beginning we have helped individuals going through employment transitions find the best job in the most effective way. That includes assessments, resume development, career planning, interview preparation and advices regarding offer negotiations. We have worked with most industries and occupations. We have worked with many industries including specialty chemicals, insurance, banking, healthcare, government, plastics, software development and others. Simultaneously, we have been providing career counseling to individuals seeking to make the most effective job change possible. We provide talent management consulting, including assessments (we are a Caliper Certified Partner) for organizations doing hiring and provide coaching and HR related training to employees.

We specialize in helping individuals find the right job/career by matching their strengths to the best opportunities. We coach individuals in effective job search techniques so that they can find the right match as quickly as possible. This includes understanding an individuals life goals, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, creating a job search strategy,putting together a winning resume, techniques in reaching decision makers, interview practice and support through negotiations.
