The inspector got a reputation to fail the first two houses and passed the third one. Also, they make you think that he is a savior but is greedy who does not care about anything else, just money....

Dennis knows his sh*t and was prompt to return calls. In addition to standard home inspections he is one of the few who does EIFS inspections.

If you want to buy a house....do not use them. They nit pick everything. It is not their job to say a house is outdated the carpet is torn and the yard isn't graded correctly. This isn't HGTV....
