The MAX Challange is a 10 Week body transformation program designed to make absolutely incredible changes to your health, appearance, and fitness levels in just 10 Weeks. We do this by combining extremely effective group fitness classes, nutritional counseling and a ton of motivation into one easy to follow program! The most powerful thing about The Max Challenge of Randolph is how we motivate you. Our classes are set in a welcoming family environment. You workout at your pace. The Max of Randolph instructors will provide multiple levels of exercise and modifications to ensure there is always an option that matches your ability level.
