some of my scalp is crusting up from the tightness of braid I've been oiling twice a day but still not justification on the ill treatment

The fourth day another began to unravel, I called and no refund just asked if I could come in for touch up.

The third day after I got my hair done, it was done TIGHTLY nonetheless still unraveled by third day.

I made them take this mess out and walked out !!!!!

Sixth day and crust patch from my scalp from the tightness. I put coconut oil in it to heal

Tight braid. Edges pulled up into braid.
