History
Born and raised in the Bronx, Luis grew up watching his mother and grandmother cook traditional Dominican dishes. He loved the way that food brought family and friends together, no matter how simple the meal. So it's no surprise that he went on to culinary school to pursue his passion for both making others happy with those very same 'Sol' foods and wowing them with modern takes on the classics.
