Neelam Construction is a first generation family owned and operated general construction business operating primarily in New York and New Jersey. Neelam Construction Corporation was founded in 1987 and in our years of operation has grown from a small utility concern to a major player in our area's construction industry. Neelam Construction specialized in many areas, some of which include: roofing, masonary, painting, plaster, woodwork, steelwork, carpentry, flooring, windows, asbestos abatement, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Neelam Construction has completed a wide range of projects with various New York City agencies, including: The NYC Health and Hospitals Corp, the NYC Department of Enviornmental Protection, the NYC Department of Sanitation, the NYC School Construction Authority, NYC's Department of General Services, the NYC Housing Authority, the NY State Dormitory Authority, the NY State Facility Development Corp, the NY State Office of General Services, and the Port Authority of NY and NY.
