Originally established in New York in 1990, Samvera was moved to Marlboro almost 10 years ago and renamed after owner Stephen Gjonbalaj's son, Sam, and niece, Vera. Samvera is set high from the road, offering a view for diners from its fresh-air dayroom seating, stools at its full bar, or in its well-lit indoor dining area. Its two second-floor dining rooms can be used for private events; the restaurant can accommodate 200 guests. All pastas, breads and desserts are made on the premises; a vast assortment of seafood entrees include squid, octopus, clams, mussels and salmon. Samvera has a full menu to preview on its website. The establishment sells gift certificates.
