Joseph Nachef, PA-C is a member of Summit Healths Urgent Care team. Mr. Nachef joined Summit Health based on their strong patient-first commitment. The mantra of patient centered medicine is how I was trained. Finding a group that practiced in that same manner was important to me. Every patient deserves focused attention on their needs and concerns, says Mr. Nachef.Before joining Summit Health, Mr. Nachef worked in a primary care setting in Essex County caring for a variety of patients with both chronic and acute conditions. In addition to his PA degree in medicine, he holds another advanced degree in molecular biology and uses his diverse training to help promote the health goals of his patients. This diversified background inspires him to research the most practical options for each individual and to think outside of the box when considering solutions and potential treatments. Mr. Nachef is also motivated to spend time educating his patients during visits to empower them to make the best possible medical decisions.He is also a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants.When hes not practicing, Mr. Nachef enjoys promoting the PA profession and the sciences by teaching at local universities and mentoring future PAs. He enjoys cooking, cycling, working out, traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending quality time with his family.

Nkechi Mbadugha, PA is a member of Summit Healths Urgent Care Center team, providing high-quality care to patients in the urgent care setting. She encourages strong patient-provider communication, and makes every effort to connect with her patients to ensure the best level of care.Ms. Mbadugha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.When not caring for patients, Ms. Mbadugha spends much of her time reading. She enjoys seeking out all that local libraries have to offer and especially loves diving into British literature, gothic literature, and science fiction. She also collects comic books and graphic novels. Ms. Mbadugha is an avid fan of all types of music.

Neelima Atyam, PA is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care Center team. When she is not seeing patients, Ms. Atyam enjoys traveling, Indian Classical and Punjabi Folk Dance, Zumba, and photography.
