Having a coach who's an Exercise Physiologist means that you have a health professional on your side who has studied the body's responses and adaptations to exercise in depth and can apply her knowledge to improve your athletic performance and health. An Exercise Physiologist is someone who's qualified to conduct and evaluate fitness and exercise assessments and can prepare you for the demands of racing while remaining healthy. We're strong believers in delivering truly custom and individualized training; We don't give cookie-cutter plans to our athletes. We constantly monitor and individualize every athlete's training based on their current fitness level, race goals, health, schedule, and sport skills. We prescribe detailed workouts and field tests in order to monitor and adjust your fitness and recovery so that you can progress in your sport and reach your potential. We won't throw just any workouts onto your plan, we provide you with the required training and guidance to race successfully and guide you in maintaining a healthy and injury-free lifestyle so that you can finish feeling strong and ready for the next challenge.
