Peter Kwok's Kung Fu Academy moved to its current location at the Masonic Temple Lodge in Westwood from Emerson. The facility offers Chinese martial arts, including Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. 'Kung Fu for Kids' classes teach children as young as 4-1/2 years old the art of Kung Fu. From there, kids and adults of all ages participate in classes, including senior citizens who enjoy learning Tai Chi and other alternative healing methods. Various class times are available to accommodate busy schedules, including three days a week of evening classes. The Academy also offers courses as part of the Emerson Community School.
