HistoryOur owner, Barbara Speer, has been a hair stylist for over 44 years. Barbara is an active volunteer in our community. She has worked with local high school plays, held cut-a-thons for charity and donated her time and services to Franklin Elementary School children. Barbara is also an avid Supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Mid Jersey Chapter. At Salon and Spa at Boulder Hills we are dedicated to professional development and education. Barbara has attended many educational classes and is a certified colorist in many color lines. She regularly Attends continuing education programs with her employees (Co-workers). It has always been Barbara's dream to open a Salon and Spa where people can come relax and feel as if they are home.
