HistoryMy personal training career started in 2011 when I made the executive decision to become an overall, well-educated, and knowledgeable trainer. In college, I became involved in all aspects of the fitness industry; from senior fitness, to youth conditioning, physical therapy, sports performance, sports conditioning, and much more. After I acquired the necessary experience I needed, I decided to expand and become an independent contractor in the beginning of 2016; catering to the needs of a wide array of clientele.SpecialtiesIf you're looking a completely customized, and individualized personal training program, then look no further! Not only is an in-center training session offered, but so is in-home sessions at the comfort of your own home! I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions.
