Established in 1978, the Plainsboro Township Police Department operates under the government of the township of Plainsboro, N.J., and is a law enforcement agency that protects the lives and properties of citizens and visitors, focuses on preserving peace, prevents crime and disorder, and safeguards personal rights and liberty.
