History
Chef Rick Nifenecker is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. After several years working in New York City at restaurants such as Le Cirque and The Four Seasons, Chef Rick decided to return home and open a bakery in his hometown of Andover, NJ. 27 years later, the business has expanded into a Restaurant, Caterer, and Specialty Cake bakery with another location in Sparta, NJ.
