Established in 2015. I still remember coming home from college for Thanksgiving in 2008. Walking into my father's house in Woodstock, he said, "Joe, you aren't going to believe what I just made." (I've learned to become concerned when he says those words) "I took your pecan pie, put it on top of a shortbread cookie in a large baking tray, and covered it all with ice cream! I call it 'Pecan Pie a la Mode Lasagna!'" My less than enthusiastic response quickly changed after I tried a piece. And that's how it began. Six years later, the lasagna has become hand-sized portions, and is being produced and sold by the thousands (they also picked up a better name along the way).
