Our President and wine director, Aldo F. Popolani, was born in Florence Italy forty-five years ago. He has an intimate knowledge of Toscana, and various other wine regions of Italy, as well as a palate that is unsurpassed. Over the years he has built up relationships with the growers and the producers of these regions, and has an intimate, as well as a professional relationship with these proprietors. Our portfolio at present is approximately ninety-five percent Italian, with a sprinkling of South African, Australian and Californian wines as well. Rest assured that if we believe that a particular region, or a specific wine, will please our customers, we will be there.
