Montclair High School provides a wide variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes classes in English, physical education, mathematics, social studies, and family and consumer sciences. The science department of the school offers classes in biology, chemistry, environmental science, physics, geology, astronomy, and anatomy and physiology. Additionally, the school offers classes in economics, law, and world and American history. The school s library media center offers a printed collection of more than 30,000 volumes, including reference materials, periodicals and newspapers. Its sport program includes golf, softball, track, basketball, wrestling, hockey and bowling. Montclair High School is part of the Montclair Public Schools and is located in Montclair, N.J.
