All classes are either warm (85), hot (95) or real hot (105 degrees). Real Hot Yoga is Englewood's first state-of-the-art hot yoga studio. Our 1,400 square foot yoga room features a heating system designed specifically for hot yoga. It offers precise temperature and humidity control; and a UV air filtration system, which removes 99% of germs, bacteria, viruses, and odors from the air. The heat allows you to achieve a deeper stretch with less chance of injury.
