Sorry to read that these people had a bad experience. If I drove a luxury car, I wouldn't take it to an 'express wash' which btw, that's actually the name of the place: Linden Express Car Wash....

They used to be great but the wash is always half broken and apparently the staff all quit. They have one person trying to clean like 8 cars. You will wait at least 40 minutes.

They don't use soap!! Last three times I've gone (monthly plan) they haven't used soap. Just water came down upon entry. Is this business suffering? What's next, can't pay your water bill?
