Lawrence High School is a public school that enrolls more than 1,400 students in grades nine through 12. The high school is located in Lawrenceville, N.J., and provides college preparatory education and higher learning opportunities. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, math, art, music, science, social studies and foreign languages with a choice in French, German and Spanish. Lawrence High School also provides ACT and SAT preparation classes. The school has a library and media center that provides more than 22,000 book volumes, online database, referral sources, newspaper, magazines and Internet search tools. It also provides physical and health education and organizes various extracurricular activities, such as dance, jazz music, orchestra, band and photography and the National Honor Society program. The school provides various sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, field hockey, football, cross country, swimming and tennis. The high school is a part of Lawrence Township Public Schools.
