Lambs Terrace Fire Co. consists of career and volunteer firefighters. It was founded in 1916.
The fire company's first station house, located on Poplar Street, in Sicklerville, burned to the ground in 1925. What would become the company's second home remains standing today as part of Station No. 1, at 26 Poplar St, which serves as a union hall.
In 1996, Fire District No. 5 hired its first-ever career firefighters—Ken Bonk, George Flinn and Steve Fisher.
Lambs Terrace Fire Co. Station No. 2, where the company is now based, is located at 1781 Sicklerville Rd., Sicklerville.
The station also utilizes the Erial-Fire District No. 6 station at 1946 Williamstown Erial Rd., Erial.
Career firefighters for Fire Districts Nos. 5 and 6 alternate days between the Erial and Lambs Terrace stations, located in the township's south end. Volunteers staff the stations when they are not occupied by career firefighters.
