The buildings are decomposing. Drafts along walls where if you lift up carpeting you can see outside. $500 electric bills in January. Windowsills are rotting out. No screens fit the windows...

This place is no good by any means. Sky high rent and electric bills. Faulty and very old Comcast wires. Maintenance steals from you and the office workers are rude liars. Very nasty people...
