Founded in 1929, the Knoll Golf Club West is a semi-private course, which is maintained by the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills. It's 18-hole, par-70, championship course was designed by Charles H. Banks, and in 2009 it was rated the No. 1 municipal golf course in New Jersey by Golf Digest magazine.
The golf club boasts a wide range of services including a full service restaurant, on-course snack bar, cart rentals, pro shop, putting green, driving range and banquet hall. Lessons with head PGA professional George Ancuta are available by appointment as well. Tee times are available only to members, but shotgun starts are available to the public on certain days. All other services are open to the public.
