I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Elite Realty where I work with over one hundred other Realtors who like me have one goal and that is customer service. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was working full-time as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Working as an EMT helped me realize that I have a passion for helping others. I decided that I not only want to help others because they are going through bad times, I also wanted to help families in achieving their goals in finding the perfect place to call home. At Keller Williams, we work as a team because of profit sharing. Therefore, if the company makes profit, they share it with their employees. I would compare this as to CEO's getting bonuses when the profit is up. At Keller Williams, we are all CEO's but most importantly, we are all family.
