Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness workout program that combines cardio, strength, dance and stretch moves for a total body workout. The fitness program is in a group class format. The workout is a mix of resistance training, jazz dance, pilates, yoga and kickboxing.Members have the opportunity to burn up to 500 calories in one class. There also is a kids' fitness program offered called Junior Jazzercise. This Jazzercise location offers a variety of membership options, including one year, half a year and single visit.
