The brainchild of award-winning Texas Pitmaster Michael Rodriguez, HOQ smokes in-house over 2,000 pounds of chicken, sausage, brisket, pulled pork and ribs weekly. Each cut of meat is hand seasoned before being smoked for up to 18 hours.
