We charge a small fee which is negotiable depending on what type of service you want. We have a data base of 1000's of private owners that lets us refer our customers to them. We also give free or discounted fee to ;company that help the disadvantage find homes. Including Care Plus which we have worked with for 2- years, Red cross when there is a major disaster and when others. If you are looking for a home, apartment or a room in North Jersey please try us out. If you mention Yelp we will take 20 % off the fee. It's easy you set up an account with us and we automatically send all rentals to you as they come in before they would be advertised or given to new customers. Our fee is a one charge and is good until you rent.
