The Hands of Life Martial Arts school has been providing the local community with martial arts lesson since 2006. The school moved to its most recent location of Garwood in the Summer of 2010. This school offers a variety martial arts services including classes, one on one sessions, birthday parties and parents' night out care. This school concentrates on the Ryu-te style of instruction and offers ten different classes a week.
