Hair Elegant Spa Salon originally opened at a small locale in Union City with just 2 stylist stylists. Growth has steadily continued as we are now a team of 5 master stylists, 3 nail technicians and 1 eyebrow specialists. Our trained stylists participate in on-going educational workshops to remain trend and technique leaders in styling, cutting and coloring.
