Our spacious, light-filled yoga and meditation studio in downtown Princeton is home to a generous yoga community dedicated to cultivating gratitude and loving kindness. We offer a variety of yoga classes, including deep stretching, yoga basics, gentle vinyasa and vinyasa flow, as well as Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin, and Partner Yoga. We also host monthly Book Club meetings, Women's Heart Circles, Poetry Writing Workshops, Kirtan (sacred chanting) and Wisdom Courses that explore Yoga Philosophy and sacred texts including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita. Our team of highly trained and caring teachers and staff ensure a safe and beneficial yoga experience, where everyone feels welcome and encouraged. Our most valuable offering is our accepting and nurturing yoga community, whose supportive presence imbues all of all classes with warmth and light.
