HistoryAbout us From The Firehouse To Your Backyard It all started with being tasked to cook a firehouse meal using raw pork chops and potatoes. This first meal started our passion for cooking great food for everyone to enjoy . We started cooking in the firehouse as much as possible, trying all different kinds of recipes. Beginning with recipes from fellow fire fighters and then experimenting with our own creations, it was all a love for the craft. Then, in the summer of 2013 the barbecuing got started with an electric smoker in the backyard. From there it went to buying two offset smokers and cooking every weekend for the firehouse and friends. We began creating our own rubs and sauces made from scratch. By the end of the summer we signed up for the local Atlantic City BBQ competition. Over that winter we built the trailer we have today with the reverse flow smoker, event grill, and two working stations.
