1979-2011 Offices at: Chestnut Chiropractic Center, Rutherford, One Body Wellness Center in Ridgewood 2002-2010. Offices location 2010- present solely at Synergy Wellness & Back Pain Associates at 299 Forest Avenue, suite Q, Paramus. Dr. Joseph T. Johnson, D.C. Was a medical first responder at Ground Zero and New Jersey Police Benevolent Physician Association Member (retired), and volunteered at WTC as a volunteer serving all uniformed services members of NYPD-ESU, PAPD-ESU, AND FDNY from September 18, 2001 until final closure ceremony 5-30-2002. He treats Federal, State, and Bergen County municipal Police personnel ongoing in his 35 year practice. He is recipient of John Credico Medal of Honor, and numerous citations and commendations from NJ Senatorial and Assembly, as well as by NYPD, for his selfless and tireless acts after 9-11-2001.
