Placement Professionals is a consortium of experienced human resource specialists that operate under the corporate ownership of Bonaventura, Inc As a small woman owned firm we work with both the public and private sectors. Bonaventura, Inc was formed in 1989 to manage the staffing business under the Norrell Services name. Norrell, an international publicly traded company had a superior reputation for providing interim staffing to all industries for all functional areas from mailroom clerks through information technology professionals and senior management. During that time we built an organization that included two offices, six corporate on-site managers, over 200 interim employees and more than $5M in annual sales while winning awards for quality, performance and growth in both sales and margins. We ranked in the top ten of all offices nationwide! By 2000 Norrell had been acquired by Interim and subsequently changed the name to Spherion. It was time for us to move in a different direction and the staffing business was successfully sold back to Spherion. As the recruiting industry changed, so did we, with a new name, expanded spectrum of services and focus on a superior level of performance based on our knowledge and experience. Today, our business has grown to a full service firm providing various human resource services in addition to recruitment and staffing.
