Arde is an AS-9100 registered business that designs and manufactures spacecraft and missile propulsion components compliant to MIL-STD 1552A, EWR-127-1, SAE/AIAA S-080 and S-081 and ESA standards. It is also ITAR compliant and serves customers worldwide. Founded in 1952, it comprises of four highly integrated functional groups: design, manufacturing, quality control and program management. Its core products are metal lined composite over wrapped pressure vessels, high strength all-metal pressure vessels, positive expulsion propellant tanks, surface tension propellant tanks, pressure vessel support structures and integration of propulsion sub-assemblies using precision cleaning and orbital tube weld capabilities. Arde fabricates metal tanks and structures in aluminum, iconel, steel and titanium alloys.
