In September of 2012, owner Tony Sbarra had enough of being overweight, constantly tired and always having aches & pains. So, he contacted local trainer Joseph D'Agostino at 54 Fitness and began his life changing journey. Joe taught Tony not only his Art of Strenght training program and food regimen, he also indroduced him to Protein, Vitamins and CLA. This had Tony very interested in learning more about these products and how they worked. He then took it to another level and began researching pre and post workout, amino acids, protein bars and more. After purchasing these items for many months at full retail prices he said there has to be a way to buy it and sell it cheaper and he did.
