History
Bonnie Kizis and Ian Ackerman are the proud owners and head trainers at Endorphin CrossFit in Middlesex, NJ. Ian and Bonnie met at a CrossFit gym in January of 2011 and immediately became great friends. We spent hours discussing, debating, and sharing experiences, knowledge, and theories on health and fitness. Collectively, we have visited over 50 CrossFit and countless traditional gyms all across the US. Through our experience we have gained extensive insight into the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. These experiences have influenced our own training methods and have driven our desire to share them through operating our own CrossFit box.
