Early Childhood Learning Center is located on Stillwells Corner Road near the Route 537 commercial corridor. The pre-school occupies the annex of the former West Freehold School building. The school educates 80 students ages 3 to 5 years old, including children with special needs. Penny Goldstein is the principal of Early Childhood Learning Center.
