Love the noodles in beef broth You can pick the noodle width. All of the food looks delicious but I can't get past the hand pulled noodles on the first page of the menu Yum !

Delicious Lan zhou noodle place in Edison. This is a chain- I've been to the one in flushing too and it tastes the same! Very consistent taste. The broth is one of the best broths I've ever had....
