Franco Minervini is a professional sculptor and stonecarver who creates reliefs, architectural ornaments and monuments. In addition to making gargoyles, rosettes and ornamental figures for the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., he has done restoration carving at the White House. His freestanding sculptures in New Jersey include a statue of Columbus for Ocean Township Library and September 11 memorials in Marlboro and the Atlantic Highlands. Minervini specializes in limestone, marble and African black stone.
