HistoryCasa Dance Studio has been family owned & operated for over 30 yrs. Miss Anne started dancing at 2 yrs old. She danced continuously all thru her school years. While in college she worked with many dancers from NY & Phila & was part of Raggs Dance Company at Montclair University. She opened Casa Dance Studio in 1979. In addition to teaching she toured the East Coast with Philly Jazz Dance Company & then directed & toured with Touch of Jazz. Her daughter, Thaya, was born a few days after the 10th recital. She was dancing as soon as she could walk at 9 months. Miss Thaya grew up in the dance world, competing and winning before she was 2 yrs old. By the time she was 4 yrs old she was taking classes every day and continued to do so until 2009 when she became Casa Dance Studio's assistant director. She is the director of & main instructor for the Casa Kids program for dancers age 14 months thru 7 years old.
